Hawk Private Investigations (Hawk PI) attended the 33rd Annual Family Law Institute. Danielle LeVine, senior investigator at Hawk PI, presented an update on surveillance techniques and evidence gathering to the 600+ attorney and legal industry attendees.
“Evidence gathering is crucial to not only the investigations but the outcome and resolution. Following the correct protocol and documentation requirements allows the evidence to be processed and evaluated in a timely manner by the client,” said LeVine who believes that her role as a private investigator can assist in expediting cases.
Hawk PI provided additional information to the attendees at their sponsorship booth. “The opportunity to have face-to-face conversations with the attendees is invaluable to our work,” said Thomas P. Hawkins, founder and president. “From these conversations, we can better gauge the needs of our clients as well as allowing us to convey pertinent information and strengthen the relationship between investigators and attorneys.”
In addition to Tom and Danielle from Hawk PI, Terry Fisher, the team leader for the computer and cell phone forensics team, and Butch Cummins, a professional associate, attended the Art of Love and War event held at the Amelia Island Plantation.
